   The required fix has been done by Apple in 10.15.3 and newer versions of macOS.
   Please update macOS to resolve this issue.

   I had the same problem, fixed with and Adobe technician.
   I clicked on InDesign at the top left-hand corner, then clicked Preferences and clicked Performance.
   I unchecked the GPU performance, clicked OK and then closed InDesign.
   I restarted, and the glitch is gone.

   Save Submitting...
