    Are you able to saveAs/ SaveACopy the file locally?
    What is the exact version of InDesign 2019 are you using? 14.0.1/14.0.2/14.0.3?
    Is it happening with all InDesign files?
    Which OS version are you using?

    I'm having this issue too. I can save to desktop but cant connect to our shared network. I've tried to create a new document too but no luck. Using InDesign 2019 14.03 on a PC
