    Moving to CC2020 is not an answer - the workflow depends on CC2018 version and it's not possible to just install a new one. I'm not talking about a single user environment in which you can change the application versions as you like.

    I've already sent many crash reports straight from the application (probably more than 50) and You have all the details in the description above (steps to reproduce, link to an example document and additional info).
