   Same issue here. No project open, InDesign minimized, and over the course of 30 mins it proceeded to take up the rest of my RAM (about 7GB)

   Macbook Pro 3.5GHz i7
   16GB RAM
   Mojave 14.4
   InDesign CC 2019 (14.0.2)
