    I'm having the same issue with both InDesign and Illustrator. It's completely unbearable to work that way when you have to save after every action and rebooting the software every 5 minutes. Sure it is a problem with Adobe. Going back to the 2018 version will not work for me since all the files created with the 2019 version won't open on earlier versions of software.

    What is weird for me is that the bug doesn't happen when using Photoshop, even when working with very large files. Please Adobe fix this ASAP.
