    The fix for this issue is available in the latest update of InDesign version 15.0.3

    I am running a Mac Pro 2013 on Mojave with the latest Creative Suite Download of InDesign (14 - see screenshot). Every time I try to export to PDF, or Package I get an error message saying PDF failure (see screenshot). The only work around I've found is to Export to JPEG and then open Acrobat and combine files into a PDF, which is not ideal for large reports.
