    It is bizarre and ridiculous that the font preview size options are:
    "small" (who on earth would ever use that? It should be renamed to MICROSCOPIC)
    "medium" (erm...still unusably small)
    "large" (huh. I always thought "large" meant "big", but according to InDesign it means "about 1 pixel larger than microscopic").
