The feature to “Preserve Filename on PDF Export” was introduced in InDesign 2019 in the PDF Export dialog.
The option is called “Use InDesign Document Name as the Output Filename”.Marking this Feature Request as Completed.

There should be an option for each PDF Preset to define a filename scheme like in the export dialog in Lightroom.
You can define date formats, text and ohter meta variables.
<YYMMDD> + <"_PDF-X3_"> + <orig_filname> would give
180226_PDF-X3_MyFileName.pdf -

Hi All, this feature is now available in the latest version of InDesign i.e. InDesign 13.1
Kindly update InDesign to get access to this feature.
