After closing inDesign and reopening, all the windows disappear except for the effects window. The top bar is there. The app thinks it's working fine but you can't see the main work area, layers, links, pretty much any panel that isn't effects. If the file needs to find links or fonts you do get that window. The window showing recent projects won't show up either.

The only way to fix the problem is to uninstall inDesign and then reinstall. This works perfectly until you accidentally close the program. Strangely I can shut down my machine and if I haven't closed inDesign it still works fine after restarting. Another odd thing is that after reinstalling inDesign it brings up recent projects from months ago and not the most recent.

I would think this maybe has something to do with Apple refusing to support the CUDA driver? GPU accelaration has screwed up the performance of all the Adobe apps and had to be turned off.

I have installed Xcode and am looking to go through the process of removing CUDA and installing from Nvidia.
