   Fix is available in the latest update of InDesign – 16.3.2 on Mac and 16.3 on Win.
   Please update your copy of InDesign to the latest available update via CCD app.

   1. Version 2017.1, Build 12.1.0.56, MacOS 10.12 and 10.13

   2. Steps to reproduce:
   - type some text in a text box
   - set the text box to auto width or/and height
   - copy the text box
   - voila, instant freeze

   3. Expected result:
   - no freeze

   4. Actual result:
   - freeze
