    As Allison Hoog wrote: I also got a huge fright when it happend, because I just bought a new Mac 1.
    It happens quite regularly and usually when zooming or changing the view from preview to normal.

    I tried switching of GPU but that doesn't change the issue and also stops animated zooming, which is annoying.
