   This was an issue with the initial Apple's Ventura release.  

   It has been addressed in Apple's latest Ventura OS updates (13.1 or later).

   Also, suffering from the same issue. This needs to be sorted ASAP as without GPU acceleration on an M1 Mac InDesign it becomes unusable. Seems to be just when on the latest Ventura software. Please Adobe sort this out!
