    Old problem i see and still not fixed...I have the same issue. It never works on the first try, you always have to click and drag several times for it to move. This goes for the left side, right side and directly over the app name..no difference. It's the only Adobe Application that has this problem....and it's extremely annoying.
    I have tried reinstalling, twice. I have tried to delete all prferences in start-up of the app. Nothing helps.
    Mac Studio M1 MAx, 32gb RAM
    MacOs Monterey 12,5,1
