    I had the same problem. I have created a lot of different sizes, for example, 1080x1920px. 300x600px several times, after I had export the file from InDesign as a jpg image, in somewhere on the image, it d a notch in the image. This issues came at the beginning of 2019. But you have not solved it yet.
