Navigation Points have been re-introduced in the Media panel. This feature is available in the latest release of InDesign (version 16.0). Please use this release to use Navigation Points for Video/Audio files.

However, the Controller options will not be available. As communicated earlier, all options (Controller options being one of them) related to Flash/Flash player have been removed from InDesign as Flash Player is now being EOL’d (End of Life).

I thought I had found a great work-around by adding in the controller under Rich Media in Acrobat - it worked wonderfully - video stopped playing when you changed pages and the controller came up when you hovered on the video...
But now have a client who just gets a blank screen (can't even see the poster) and no "click to activate" message. He's using Acrobat latest version on a PC, same version as me but I'm on a Mac (works fine for me).
So wondering was the Acrobat workaround supposed to solve this issue? Any idea why my client not seeing anything on the pages where he should be seeing the video poster & playback?
    Thanks in advance....
