   Same here. I was online with their web chat help for 30 minutes and his only suggestion was that I buy a new Windows Operating System and upgrade to a new version of InDesign. I can't afford to do that. I think it really sux that it worked yesterday and would convert files from a newer version to my version and now it won't. Seems I'm not the only one with this problem. It's extorsion.
