1. In exported PDF, Hyperlinks jump to wrong page when their Text Anchor destination has moved to a different page due to reflow

   Hello, Have you found a solution to your problem? I have a similar problem. I have page hyper links in the table of contents that link to another document in my indesign book. These links work fine in indesign but when I export into PDF, the links don't work (they send to the first page of the document).
