I canNOT believe Adobe doesn't consider this a higher priority. For all of 2020, my custom templates would at least show up on the recent files list, so if i went in and saved them every week or so, I could get to them easily. Last week, I upgraded to ID 16.0.1 and the "recents" on the welcome page no longer show INDT files and, of course, there is no way to add them to the "presets." I produce a daily newsletter. There ought to be a way native to ID for me to open that newsletter template rather than hunt and peck through Explorer/Finder to get to it.

This describes the feature I am seeking, as well. I create a daily briefing. The entire briefing is different every day except for the layout. I never open yesterday's briefing. I only ever open the template I created at the beginning of the year. Templates change annually. I would like the option of getting to the template more quickly when I start my day.
