    I am getting similar issue on an external monitor. I have PC laptop (lid closed), and external 27". When I click a menu bar item such as "View", it displays the correct dropdown until you try to choose an item in that dropdown menu. Then the dropdown menu changes to a different one (usually to the left).
    The "View" and "Window" menu choices both show the "Object" dropdown.

    When I open the laptop lid to display that screen, the menus function normally on the larger screen. As soon as you close it, it glitches again.
