Hi Uwe. Here is a screenshot I included (I thought this was embedded in the book file, but here it is as well just in case). Its basically a 1080p frame (PNG, 1920x1080) exported from Adobe Character Animator.

I am experiencing a problem with scaled frames as well. Here is a sample document: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1wL_eUKQbUIRw_q17vAiqjMd6uLwn4Dzq

If you publish it online, the same image scaled to slightly different sizes looks very different in quality due to pixelization. If you select the problem image, and go to Object menu > Object Export Options. Choose EPUB and HTML and set preserve appearance to "Rasterize Container" and Resultion to "300 ppi" then it comes out nicely (see image on second page). The more an image is scaled down, it appears the greater the degree of pixelization.

If you download the PDF (from same site) it looks fine.
