3. toolbar stopped working (except Text tool). I am forced to use shortkeys Id2018 W10Pro

   Yes, I too can OPEN an existing document. I typically open then go to SAVE AS and create a new document with the same letterhead format. Only now that I have upgraded to 10.13, upon launch of InDesign, documents have rulers and toolbox blank and curser not working, unable to make any changes to file. WORTHLESS.
