1. In exported PDF, Hyperlinks jump to wrong page when their Text Anchor destination has moved to a different page due to reflow

   I see this post is years old. I have the same issue with exporting; the links work within Indesign, but after exporting to EPUB, the last several links in the TOC link to the wrong page (they all link to the same page). I've been searching the web for answers and have found nothing.
