    Hello Randy_CG

    Can you please once confirm your preference settings of saving the doc preview ? (Preferences > File Handling > Always Save Preview Images with Documents)
    The checkbox should be checked. Click Ok to save the settings.

    If the issue still persists, try a DIRTY SAVE on the indd document (Dirty saving a document refer to performing a small modification on an indd document until you see star mark before the document name and then resave the document).

    Do reach out to us, in case doc preview is still not shown.
