I have come across a persistent bug in InDesign where font activation seems to be stuck in an endless loop. This occurs even when the documents associated with the fonts in question are not open. Despite closing all files, InDesign fails to rectify the font activation issue. The only viable solution I have found is to completely quit InDesign and then restart the application. This problem has proven to be incredibly frustrating and disruptive to my workflow. I kindly request that your development team investigate and address this bug promptly to enhance the usability and stability of InDesign.
Additionally, I encountered a problem with the activation process in InDesign. There seems to be no option available to cancel the activation once it has begun. This lack of cancelation capability poses an inconvenience and potentially causes delays when attempting to use the software. I kindly ask that you consider implementing a cancellation feature in future updates, enabling users to have more control over the activation process.
I genuinely appreciate the powerful features and functionalities that InDesign offers; however, these issues have significantly impacted my user experience. By addressing these concerns, you would greatly improve the usability of the software and enhance the overall satisfaction of users like myself.
