   We have the same problem...Export directly to PDF does not work correct as mentioned above.
   Create a merged document and export then as PDF works, but it is one more step than necessary, so it is more a workaround.

   Save Submitting...

2. Direct PDF-Export in Data merge copies "page-1-text" to all other pages
