I solved it deleting all placeholder frames and using the move pages to a new document. I had object styles for all the elements so it was a snap re-building. Save Submitting... Had came across this issue today. I solved it deleting all placeholder frames and using the move pages to a new document. I had object styles for all the elements so it was a snap re-building.
