Hi, this post is quite old but Im having the same issue more than a year after :o
Anyway I dont know what you did leonard, and I tihnk there is no turnaround anyway but from all the issues we know indesign is facing, I think this one might not be the worst one to solve.
Why can we go fullscreen on epub preview and not online ? I know the readers are differents but cant we just kinda disable the feature that leads to nowhere ? because what the point on using feature that just disapear afterward ?
This said is there anyone who managed to turn fullscreen on published online document ? ^^
