    We completed the investigation and came up with the following: Either the issue has been resolved in the most recent release of InDesign (Refer to InDesign Release notes), the issue was intermittent at the time of reporting and is no longer reproducible, or the InDesign version mentioned in the report is no longer covered by Creative Cloud Support Policy.

    We would recommend you upgrade to the latest version as it is more robust. Refer to Share InDesign documents for review to easily share your InDesign documents with collaborators for feedback and review. If you are still facing this issue even after updating it Contact Adobe support.

    I am also getting the "There was an error creating the artifact" message. It's a real shame - this would be such an awesome function if it worked. I'm using the newest version 16.0.
