We completed the investigation and came up with the following: Either the issue has been resolved in the most recent release of InDesign (Refer to InDesign Release notes), the issue was intermittent at the time of reporting and is no longer reproducible, or the InDesign version mentioned in the report is no longer covered by Creative Cloud Support Policy.
We would recommend you upgrade to the latest version as it is more robust. Refer to Share InDesign documents for review to easily share your InDesign documents with collaborators for feedback and review. If you are still facing this issue even after updating it Contact Adobe support.

An error occurred while saving the comment
I am ALSO still experiencing this error. Signed in and out, deleted my file and created a new one, restarted my machine, connected to a new network. NOTHING is working. I have a deadline in an hour and I just CAN'T share my work, and collect feedback from my team. Nothing changed between last night and doing this, and today doing this. What on earth, Adobe. Please fix this.
