    Are you still facing the issue?
    We tried internally, but are unable to reproduce the bug

    We're experiencing exactly the same problem in Indesign CS 5.5 and CS 3 but ONLY when working remotely via Screen Sharing and ONLY on Mac OS 10.11.16 or higher. It works fine on lower versions of the OS, including older releases of 10.11 and when working locally.
    The version of OS on the Mac we're connecting from doesn't seem to matter.
