    Today, using 15.1.1 for Mac, I did not have that problem. However a document I'd been working on for hours, and saving diligently about every ten minutes, just vanished. ID crashed, and when it re-opened it told me it could not locate any alias for files I had open when it crashed. Amazing. The icon was gone from the folder it had been in, and trying to open it from the File/Open Recent just got an alert that said basically the alias is gone. NEVER had this happen before with any application. I am stunned and very concerned that I can't trust ID. I have another ID project that I'm working on now which, if it had been that file, I don't know what I'd do. But it feels lousy not being able to trust ID. I suppose I will periodically save a copy of the file I'm working on to my desktop and then go back to the original and continue, though unsure if even that desktop file is secure in the event of a crash. I'm not a whiz at this stuff, but do know ID itself pretty well. VERY upset tonight.
