I couldn't agree more Carl,
it affects the whole workflow having to move the window from side to side just to see the options on the style window and seeing the document changes at the same time. It is really annoying and takes unnecessary time. For university students like myself, the majority of us use small laptops, so enabling resizing of the window would be a very beneficial feature to Indesign.
