   Update - CC2019 confirms it is an issue with the GPU settings in InDesign.

   In CC2019, if I turn off the GPU and the blink is there. With it on, it resolves.

   What is preventing GPU from being an option given the specs shown above?

   Reading all the internal documentation, it appears I need a hiDPI monitor for CC2018 to enable GPU?
