    This is extremely troublesome, especially in the book I'm currently working on that has 72 images with captions. It was frustrating to learn that after finally getting the images just right, with captions not clipping off at the bottom (seemingly the biggest challenge), that every one of those image/caption groupings had an absolute positioning error. I'm not sure where to go from here without distorting the images. Is rasterizing the captions and exporting as Fixed the only solution right now?
