Taking into account previous comments related to problems created by third-party software, I decided to run macOS in safe mode. After that, I discovered that InDesign itself runs very smoothly without any problems, so I decided to review every single app that I have installed. I realized that the problem was caused by a software that I previously installed to control my Ben-Q monitor. This software controls ICC profiles, changes color modes among apps, and other stuff. To double-check, I ran that program one more time, and the problem appeared again. The Ben-Q software had an update that I hadn’t installed. I just downloaded the new version of the software, and ‘Voila’, everything works as I expected. I hope that this kind of information will help you in any way.

That exactly have happened to me since a couple of months, however, I don't have Magnet app. It's frustrating trying to work in that way. I'm using MacOS Sequoia 15.5 on a Mac Studio M2 MAX
