    As OP outlined, certain dialogue boxes appear partially off screen and can't be moved back on screen, i.e., Find/Change dialogue box, Effects dialogue box ARE DEFINITELY unusable because important sections of the boxes are located off screen (see attached screen capture). The only remedy is to "enter" through or "ESC" completely.

    These particular dialogue boxes do not allow for expansion, so the boxes are rendered unusable as noted above. I, too, have tried all the fixes that I've seen suggested for this issue online, including specific keyboard keys + arrows), restarting my computer and reconfiguring my displays as the OP also suggested.
