    This! It is so f"#$%&g annoying! I can't remember what the solution was but I managed to get them on my iMac. Then my iMac died and now I can't remember how to get them working. Something like making another user accounting Japanese, then installing CC in Japanese, then installing it on the admin account, then uninstalling it and then reinstalling it in English. Something ridiculous like that, why not just make it an option for advanced users!
