  1. You have a blue bar that appears talking about endnotes, but it stretches past the edge of my screen and I can't make it go away.

    Same here. How do we close it?

    It hides part of the document and appears to be a warning that comes up when I open an older document that uses Type 1 fonts, but then it stays and shows also on top of new documents (see screenshot) and there is no way to get rid of it again.

    Unfortunately I need to open many older documents in order to copy older text into a new documents, so this is totally annoying and unneccesary.

    I'm surprised that this bug has been open for 5 years!
