    I wish someone answered this! I nearly lost my mind the other day trying to figure this out. At first I thought it was related to the initial template settings....but i just tested it on an unrelated doc and same problem occurred. THEN i tested it on a NEW blank document, and my normal rectangular frame tool X box popped up. So I still don't understand why it worked on the new file, but not on the original I was working on. And yes, all the settings are the same....Wow, I'd love some help with this...where are all the ID gurus? HELP!
