1. Indesign 2022/ 17.3 Colour tool is blank and not showing colour breakdown of swatches in any colour mode. Indesign 2021 is working fine.

   Fixed issue, by resetting preferences - macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
