    I have a workaround - if you have a way to identify your URLs (e.g. by giving them a style, starting them with www. or adding your own identifier that you will remove later) you can use search and replace to prepend https:// to all URLs in the document, then convert URLs to Hyperlinks, then use search and replace again to remove https:// if you want it on the hyperlink but not on the URL text.
