    Please add this feature ASAP.

    I'm working on a 450+ page book. Exporting the entire book to Share for Review is completely impractical. Seems that adding the ability to specify a page or spread would be trivially easy for Adobe engineers to implement, as this functionality is already built into Export to PDF options.
