I've been able to work around the Avenir issue (Avenir.ttc) by removing it from the Document fonts folder. I just place it outside (at the top level). Reopen the InDesign file and the conflict is bypassed. I don't use any font manager (especially one that requires a network like Universal Type Client). I just make sure the Document fonts folder is at the same level as the InDesign file. So my font activation is very local. My work around has helped me with any .ttc font found inside the the Document fonts folder. Seems like a system font conflict occurs specifically with ttc. fonts.

I'd like to see the Bleed/Trim hazard for Margins apply to the content of the frame rather than the frame itself.
