It would be a huge timesaver to accept/reject inserted, deleted text comments from Acrobat by clicking through them with the following options:
    next
    previous
    accept
    reject
    accept and next
    accept and previous
    reject and next
    reject and previsous
    accept all
    reject all

I think, the endnotes have to undergo massive enhancements. I, personally, don’t understand the decision to put the endnotes in extra frames. This is not the way I would suspect to place endnotes. In my eyes they are definitely part of the story in which they are used (footnotes are implemented as part of the story, either).
They should be the last text elements at the end of the text flow. Additionally there should be the possibility (similar to renumbering of footnotes based on sections) to place (and renumber) them in one story/text flow at the end of a section! This would reflect the use case of endnotes at chapter end (while preserving the text chain throughout the whole document).

    A similar request already exists:
    https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601021-adobe-indesign-feature-requests/suggestions/20483905-dynamic-endnotes
Please don't forget to vote there either!

    I would like to add:
It would be best, if this would allow the output of single pages AND sections. E.g. an input of »1-20, 22, 25, 30-40« would output these PDFs:
    1-20.pdf
    22.pdf
    25.pdf
    30-40.pdf

Brian, if you haven’t already, I think you should support this uservoice:
    https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601021-adobe-indesign-feature-requests/suggestions/32113915-dynamic-baseline-related-unit-of-measurement

This should solve your and much more similar issues ...

Theo, not exactly, what you want, but you could get a similar effect even today with all versions of InDesign by using proportional scaling (vertical and horizontal) of the text. If your body text is 14pt, you could give the character style (16 ÷ 14 =) 114,3% vertical and horizontal scaling to get 16pt.

For all non-Framemaker user it would be better to describe these features. Maybe they are useful, but we couldn't vote for something, we don't understand properly. Please explain the features you mentioned.
