MAC indesign2025 will stall for a few seconds every 10 seconds，stalls intermittently
Every few seconds, indesign gets stuck for a few seconds, no matter what it does, it has confirmed that the computer's performance is sufficient.
mac mini m4pro 48GB RAM + 1TB hard disk
macos 15.1.1
In the indesign preferences, the GPU performance column says 36GB of memory, but it's actually 48GB, and I don't know what's wrong.
