Links panel doesn't honor Section prefix
- 18.2.1 x64 Windows 10
- Using the pages panel dropdown menu, select "Numbering & Section Options" and then use the flyout to start a new section with page numbering starting at 1 and adding a section prefix. Select the "Include Prefix when Numbering Pages" option. Make a change to something that has been placed on one of the pages that includes a Section prefix. The links panel will show that one of your links needs to be updated, but it will show that the link is located on a page number without the prefix. Clicking on the page number takes you to the correct location, but it can be confusing when you are just looking in the links panel.
- When I change the page numbering in the Numbering & Section Options area to include the section prefix, it should add the section prefix to the page numbers in the links panel as well
- Instead it shows the page numbers without the section prefix
- I have uploaded a few screenshots. I have a sample file that I can share, but your upload function tells me that .indd and .indl files are not supported. Please contact me directly if you would like me to send a sample file.
