customize number/bullet lists without multiple style sheets
There should be some way to customize bullet and numbering lists without making multiple style sheets and then reapplying those styles to exisiting areas where styles are already applied. This is a crazy amount of work to do something that has to be done fairly regularly.

What are the steps for Avast Renewal process?
Right after updating my windows with its latest version, my installed Avast antivirus is throwing some issues. Honestly, its problems force me to pull my hair out. Extended PDF export features
To add a custom preset feature where you could export a duplicate PDF with crop marks as well as a clean PDF all in one saving action. There is a lot of times in my line of work where we need both options (one for print and one for archiving) purposes. As of right now I have to export 2 files separately. Having a preset where I could just check the box when exporting would greatly save time and effort each time we go to export.

Dynamic Color Swatches with Data-Merge
Make the Swatches dynamic with Data-Merge so that you can enter a Colorcode in the Excel document and it changes the Swatch with the same name or something like that.

Make table border setting override cell styles
Currently, if I set a table border via Table Styles, then set a cell style with no borders around the cells, the cell style overrides the table style and the border around the table is removed. The only way around this is to create separate cell styles for the header, footer, left, and right columns and assign those to the table style-- that's a lot of junk styles needed to accomplish one piece of formatting.
My suggestion is to let us choose whether or not the table border overrides cell styles. That way, setting the table border becomes a one…

Cross Reference feature - Relink selection to a different Indesign document
I need assistance to add a feature to the cross references panel. Right now you cannot batch relink cross references to a different indesign document. I need a feature added to this such as relink selected, locate different document, select and relink. Right now the only way to do this is to individually relink each cross-reference. For example if I have a book file and the glossary with 250 entries in it and I change some of the content from one document to another and move the text anchors with it, I have to individually relink each cross reference. Properties Panel - make it customisable
I'd like to be able to add things that I use often to it.
For example, with nothing selected, it has the options for the Document Layout.
I would like to add to that to includeExport PDF - and select my proof settings
So in essence - I could add the options to export to
Print Ready PDF
Proof PDF
Image file formatetc. - just to be able to add those things would make this panel even better.

Absolute page numbers as a text variable
I propose adding "Absolute Page Number" as a text variable. Similar to Last Page Number, "Absolute Page Number" would allow the document creator to place the absolute page number of the layout onto a page while also using another page numbering system (sections, roman numerals, etc.).
With long documents now both being used in whole or separated into parts by clients, this would allow InDesign users to fulfill the issue of having a page carry two numbering schemes at the same time.

Left hand scroll bar navigation
Option to move scroll bar navigation to the left hand side. Left handed users who use tablets (on-screen pen editing) cannot scroll down pages without blocking whole screen. Microsoft offers this feature when adding right-to-left language. Firefox allows this feature. I realise lefties are not a huge proportion of users, but if you include right-to-left language users, it provides a vaue-add.

In Indesign interactive PDF buttons set link destination options for opening the url
like blank page, self etc...just like in html is possible.
So when you view a interactive PDF online and you click on a link the destination opens in a new window or tab, just like you selected in Indesign. And not only in the window you are viewing.

type colour fill under Properties > Appearances
Hi, I love the feature under Properties, that I can work on the colours, the shapes, etc in one window. However, I notice that text colour fill is missing. Can I request to have that added in there too?
