Make Anchored text box and table content visible in InCopy story editor
Anchored objects only appear as icons in the InCopy story editor tab. This is no problem for photos and graphics, however:
My editors can't see tracked changes if they can't view the anchored text or tables in the Story Editor. They can make edits in Layout view, but can't tell if another editor made any edits.
Unlike InDesign where I can see track changes in the Story editor just by clicking in the anchored text or table, InCopy has no alternative — editors have only the Story tab and it doesn't appear there.
This is a crucial feature for us.…

Prevent manual formatting with InCopy
While IC users cannot create or edit styles when opening up an ID file, they have full access to manual formatting. This should be prevented (by option).

Dynamic linking of icml and other files
Can you improve the re-linking fetaure for InCopy. Currently if the icma is refreshed, the project re-links the entire project which can take considerable time for large projects even when only a small number of icml or other files have been updated. Surely the who re-linking mechanism can be improved to be more dynamic and automatically update itself while working on a live project.

Touch Mode for InCopy
Unless it's my incompetence, I see no touch mode for InCopy, whereas there is for InDesign. With Microsoft's ink editor option that is appealing to more and more people, I think it would awesome for Adobe to implement a touch mode (to use, for instance, on a Microsoft Surface with the Surface Pen) like InDesign's but more catered toward editors and writers.

It would be helpful to see how many tracked amends are in an InCopy file and PDFs of the InCopy amends
It would be helpful to see how many tracked amends and a break down of the type of amends eg. 7 insertions, 12 deletions etc. in InCopy and PDFs of the InCopy amends. Like you can do in Microsoft Word.
This is something that would be very useful for our company.

Enable Find (from Find & Change) in checked in content (Incopy workflow)
Currently the Find feature does not work on content which is checked in in an Incopy workflow. It seems like an unnecessary technical restriction which hopefully could easily be changed. E.g. when you'd be on the phone with copywriter while that person is working on the content and you need to quickly find certain sections. Or you need to place an image next to a certain passage.
(I understand it can be activated by checking out all stories, but there are scenarios when this would be unpractical.)
I reckon it should be technically not challenging to implement, while logic to…

Option to not include InCopy Assignments when Packaging an InDesign file.
When using the Package feature, we need an option to choose whether or not to include InCopy .icml assignment links. I need to send a packaged InDesgin document with links, fonts, etc. to 3rd party designers. They won't need the InCopy assignments, and I don't want missing link error messages when they open the file.

InCopy default view preferences
It would be great if InCopy users could set their own "view" preferences and have them be used when opening all InDesign documents. Currently the screen mode (Preview or Normal) is determined by the last InDesign user that saved the INDD. This is the same for grids and guides (something InCopy users usually don't need to see).
Ideally this should work the same way you can set the default view of Layout/Galley/Story by doing so without a document open.

Spell check with glyphs
I added words with glyphs to my custom dictionary. In the spell check and spelling context menu these glyphs are not visible. I see f.ex haha-yoga in stead of Hatha-yoga ( the t in this word has a dot underneath). So my request is to make spell check work with glyphs.

InCopy Autoflowing Text takes forever (a long time)
i use InCopy as a notes app since 2015. the file i write on is now almost 5 mb big. and i noticed that over the years it takes longer and longer for incopy to open my document. and it is because of "Autoflowing Text" i do not even know what it is and i can't even google it. But it takes so long. what i have been doing over the years is that i just wait for it to finish. But now i am trying to find a setting in preferences to turn it off whatever it is so…

Quick key and/or eyedropper tool option for ALL CAPS and lowercase in inDesign
Having to use dropdown menu (and noting conspicuously absent quick key notation) is so tedious when you have to do this 100 times
