Select all hyperlinks including the nested ones
I wish for it to be possible to select all hyperlinks at once, including the nested (multiple) ones.
We have a lot of multiple hyperlinks in our books which get nested in the hyperlinks window. Since the hyperlinks are mostly placed through scripts I need to check if the links are around the correct words (for exhample in in-text citations like Rowling, 1997 the 7 isn't part of the link). I check them by selecting all hyperlinks, editing them and giving them a visual border and then switching through the whole book with GREP.
My problem is: If I try to select all the hyperlinks in the hyperlink window at once (by selecting the first and shift-click on the last, because cmd-a only selects the document) it jumps over the nested links. (See attached image.)
My work-around is to go through all links manually and open the drop-down of the nested link from bottom to top because opening the link allowes me to select all of them. But it takes A LOT of time. Especially in a 500 pages long text book with countless crossreferences, URLs and linked in-text-citations (we use the hyperlink-panel for all of these and don’t use the crossreference panel).
The simple (and actually pretty common) feature to select all the links at once would really save me a great deal of work.
