Copy text from the Indesign Review panel, into my text in my Indesign file.
I work a lot with the review links, and I can copy text from the webbrowser review panel; but not from the review panel in Indesign itself. Which makes that If I need to copy a piece of text; written by my reviewers, to adjust in the copy of my file, I have to go to the web version of the link, copy there, go back to ID, find the piece of copy I want to adjust and paste it in there. Very time consuming work around.
Can this be fixed?

Allow searching within a review link document
My reviewers were accustomed to searching within share for review documents. That feature is no longer available. Please re-enable.

Copy and Paste from Review Comments Panel in Id
As a designer, being able to copy and paste new texts from clients directly from the comments panel is crucial.
Right now, in order to copy and paste, I have to open up the review link on another screen in order to copy the new text that needs to be replaced.

automatically use comment highlight
I'm always getting comments without highlights because I forget to select the highlight before I write the comment... it would be great to default to highlight color x every time

Clearer comment navigation in share for review
click on a comment and have the comments panel scroll to the comment clicked, make the active comment highlight more visible and don't unmap comments when the text is deleted but delete the comments with the text.

Comments in Logical Order Please
The comments in Share for Review currently start on the right hand page of a spread work down and then skip to the top of the left-hand spread. This is confusing.

Export Share for Review Comments
Our Engineering department needs to be able to track the comments made on documents which are shared for review as part of their audit procedure.
It would be great if after the document has been shared for review and the Engineering team provide their feedback, they could then export the pdf along with all of the comments.

Move the Share for review search box
The share for review search box is in almost the same place as the type a comment here box, which is really confusing. It's too easy to write a comment rather than search for the text. Also the search box is slap bang on top of the highlight button etc.... so I search for a piece of text that I wanted a comment on and then have to close the search box before I can highlight it, making a long process even longer.

Share for review Keyboard shortcuts
Give us keyboard shortcuts for highlight this text plus this colour. At the moment it takes a looong time just to get to typing in the comment. This would streamline the process, making it much more efficient.

Reject comments instead of just deleting them
It would be useful to be able to reject comments (via share for review) instead of just deleting them. That way you still have a record of the comments and can filter your search to see comments that were rejected. Being able to export the comments is also critical. But that's a separate issue/thread for which I already voted.

Create PDFs from Share for Review link
I am on InDesign 2023
My co-workers and I would love to have an option to create a pdf directly from the review. Sometimes they want to print out the version, and we have to create a pdf for them, so it's twice the work. This is the main reason why some of my co-workers don't like this feature, and it may end up being a reason our MarCom dept. refuses to adopt it as a way to share comments.2 votes -

Share for Review - Option for reviewers to toggle single page and spread view.
It would be great if the review online interface had the option to view the project as spreads or as single pages.
My coworkers who review prefer to make notes/revisions as single pages, but the publications I create are designed as spreads. It's a pain to go through and share as single pages and then move them back to spreads as I work. It would save me from exporting extra PDF samples to show full layouts when there is so much back and forth.

Share for Review Strikethrough Comments Become Unmapped when Text is Deleted
My editor often uses the Strikethrough text tool in Share for Review. When I delete the specified text, the corresponding Strikethrough comment becomes unmapped. This is a problem in large documents because it is difficult to remember what part of the document the now unmapped comment referred to. My editor needs to be able to confirm that her requested edits were resolved.
